目的

探讨黑米花青素对结肠癌细胞增殖、细胞周期及凋亡的影响。

方法

利用MTT法和流式细胞分析技术分别观察不同浓度同一时间和相同浓度不同时间,黑米花青素对结肠癌细胞(SW480)在细胞增殖、细胞周期分布和细胞凋亡的影响。

结果

黑米花青素对结肠癌细胞的增殖、细胞周期分布和凋亡产生了影响,而且这种作用有浓度依赖性和时间依赖性。

结论

黑米花青素可以抑制结肠细胞的增殖、阻滞细胞周期的进展、促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡。

Objective

To evaluate the effect of black rice anthocyanins on cell proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis of colon cancer.

Methods

By using the MTT and the flow cytometry respectively, observe the effect of black rice different with concentration at same time and the same concentration at different time, on colon cancer cells(SW480)by influencing cell cycle distribution apoptosis and cell proliferation.

Results

The impact on cell cancer cell proliferation, cell cycle distribution and apoptosis of colon cancer was found by different concentrations of black rice anthocyanins, and it is time and concentration dependent.

Conclusions

Black rice anthocyanins can inhibit the proliferation of colonic cells, block the cell cycle progress and promote the apoptosis of tumor cells.
