当外科医生在胃切除或右半结肠手术中分离幽门下区或结肠肝曲时,经常会在胰头和肠系膜上静脉周围进行淋巴结的清扫和血管的结扎,稍不注意就会引起不必要的出血。这其中就以Henle干及其属支组成的静脉系统最为复杂,直接影响手术的效果和术后病人的恢复。但Henle干的变异类型多,走行复杂,位置也不固定,所以越来越多的人开始重视对其的研究,用不同手段分析它的变异及其对胃结肠手术的影响。

Surgeons can encounter bleeding during gastrectomy and right colonectomy when they attempt to dissociate the infrapyloric area or hepatic flexure of colon, and dissect the superior mesenteric vein at the inferior border of the pancreas. This bleeding is caused by some small vessels near the head of pancreas, and the venous system composed of Henle truck and its tributaries is most complicated, affecting the effectiveness of surgery and patient′s recovery. Therefore, Henle truck is researched using a variety of methods because of complex variation, distribution and location during the gastrocolic surgery.
