吻合口漏是低位直肠癌术后常见和严重的并发症,回肠造瘘在预防吻合口漏中具有一定的价值。笔者对回肠造瘘的还纳时机、无法还纳的原因、还纳相关的并发症以及卫生经济学等方面的研究做相关综述,以期能为低位直肠癌预防性回肠造口的还纳提供借鉴经验。

Anastomotic leakage is a common and severe complication of low anterior resection of rectal cancer. The protective defunctioning ileostomy has a certain value in preventing anastomotic leakage. In this review, we aim to summarize the opportunity, complications, health economics for stoma reversal, and the causes of permanent stoma, providing guidance for clinical practice and future study.
