目的

检测CARD10(caspase recruitment domain family member 10)蛋白在结直肠癌组织及其癌旁粘膜组织中的表达水平,结合临床病理资料,探讨CARD10与结直肠癌患者临床病理特征的关系。

方法

利用免疫组化方法检测147例结直肠癌组织及其癌旁粘膜组织中的CARD10表达情况,使用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。

结果

在结直肠癌组织和癌旁黏膜组织中,CARD10阳性表达分别为46例(31.29%)和10例(6.80%),CARD10在结直肠癌中的表达上调(P<0.01)。CARD10在结直肠癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的TNM分期(P<0.01)、浸润深度(P<0.05)、淋巴结转移(P<0.01)、远处转移(P<0.05)以及Ki-67表达明显相关(P<0.01)。

结论

CARD10在结直肠癌的发生发展中可能发挥着肿瘤促进因子的作用。

Objective

To investigate the expression and the significance of CARD10(caspase recruitment domain family member 10)in colorectal cancer.

Methods

The expression of CARD10 was detected by immunohistochemistry.The statistic analysis was performed by SPSS 19.0.

Results

Overexpression of CARD10 was found in 46(31.29%)patients and 10(6.80%)patients in colorectal cancer tissues and tumor-adjacent mucosae, respectively.CARD10 was overexpressed in colorectal cancer(P<0.01). Overexpression of CARD10 in colorectal cancer correlated with TNM stage(P<0.01), tumor depth(P<0.05), nodal metastasis(P<0.01), distant metastasis(P<0.05), and Ki-67 status(P<0.01).

Conclusion

This study demonstrated that CARD10 may play a role as tumor-promoting factor in colorectal cancer.
