放大内镜窄带成像技术(magnifying endoscopy with narrow-banding imaging,ME-NBI)是一种新型的内镜诊断技术,相比于传统的几种内镜检查,在诊断消化道早癌有其自身的特点。本文对各种结直肠病变的NBI分型进行介绍,同时回顾了近几年关于结直肠早癌ME-NBI诊断的临床研究,阐述这一新兴技术应用于结直肠早癌诊断的优越性。

Magnifying endoscopy with narrow-banding imaging(ME-NBI)is a new technique.Here we introduce several NBI-types of colorectal lesions and some clinical trials about ME-NBI.Compared with other endoscopic technique, ME-NBI has broad prospects in the diagnosis of early stage colorectal cancer.
