消化内镜在结直肠外科急诊疾病诊治中的应用

急诊疾病病情急、情况复杂，部分外科急诊疾病在行外科手术治疗时创伤大、风险大、死亡率高。内镜治疗以其微创的特点，已经在许多疾病的诊治中发挥出其优势，相信随着内镜技术的进一步发展和相关器械的进步，内镜治疗也可以在急诊医学中发挥出更大的作用。本文将重点对消化内镜在结直肠外科急诊疾病中的应用加以介绍。

Emergency disease is a kind of acute and complex illness, and some emergency surgical diseases are of high risk and high mortality rate, when treated with surgical operation.Endoscopic therapy is minimally invasive.It has shown its advantages in the treatment of many diseases.With the developing of the endoscopic techniques and devices, endoscopic treatment is playing a greater role in emergency medicine, this article will give an introduction of the application of digestive endoscopy in colorectal surgical emergency diseases.
