环状混合痔由于其反复出血、脱出、肛门部疼痛不适等症状,严重影响患者的生活质量,保守治疗往往很难缓解其症状,多数需要进行手术治疗。手术治疗的基本原则是解决其症状,但是要求尽可能多的改善临床症状的同时,又要最大程度减少肛门损伤。尽管环状混合痔的手术方式有很多种,但是均存在不同程度的缺陷,难以达到满意的临床疗效。目前常用的环状混合痔的手术方法有痔环切术(Whitehead手术)、外剥内扎术(Milligan-Morgan术)、痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)、选择性痔上黏膜切除术(TST)、自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)等。

Because of its repeated bleeding, prolapse, pain, discomfort and other symptoms, circular mixed hemorrhoids seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Conservative treatment is often difficult to alleviate the symptoms, and most of them need surgical treatment. The basic principle of surgical treatment is to solve the symptoms, but it is required to improve the symptoms as much as possible, but also to minimize anal injury. Although there are many methods for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, there are some defects and it is difficult to achieve satisfactory clinical effect. At present, the commonly used surgical methods for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids include whitehead operation, Milligan Morgan operation, PPH operation, TST operation, RPH operation.
