肺转移作为直肠癌常见的转移部位之一，常常伴随着不良的预后结果。近年来随着对直肠癌转移的深入研究，越来越多的治疗方法应用于直肠癌肺转移的治疗之中。在2015年欧洲临床肿瘤协会年会（European Society For Medical Oncology，ESMO）对结直肠癌转移指南的更新，再一次强调了根治性切除原发灶和转移灶对于可切除转移性结直肠癌的重要性。但就目前而言原发灶和转移灶处理的先后顺序尚无统一结论，本文就哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院进行的2例直肠癌肺转移同期切除的病例进行汇报。

Pulmonary metastasis is one of common metastasis locations, which is associated with poor prognosis. Recently, with the intensive study on rectal metastasis disease, more and more therapy methods are beening used on it. In the renew of the mCRC ESMO 2015, the importance of the radical resection of primary tumors and metastases was emphasized again. However, there are still arguements on the resection order between the rectal lesion and pulmonary metastasis.Therefore we will share 2 cases of simultaneous resection of rectal cancer and pulmonary metastasis to review.
