本文简要回顾了机器人手术系统的组成和发展史。在结直肠癌根治术中,机器人手术系统已得到了广泛的应用,手术操作时间明显缩短,手术安全。机器人手术系统优点:三维图像的稳定性和清晰性,手术操作便利性等;机器人手术的不足:力反馈缺失,手术时间延长等。

The construction of robotic surgery system and the brief history of robotic surgery were reviewed.Robotic surgery had been applied widely in colorectal surgery.The operation was safe and operation time was shortened obviously.The outstanding advantages of robotic surgery included the stable and brilliant three-dimension image, and the convenience of surgery manipulation and so on.The disadvantages like the lack of force feedback and the prolonged surgery time were also evaluated.
