The spinchter-saving surgery option for low rectel cancer

Abstract

Abstract:

Abdominoperineal resection is the standard operation for low-rectal cancer.However the physical and psychological impact carried out by APR haunted the patients.Recently, considerable improvement has been achieved on sphincter-saving surgery of rectal cancer.In this article, the operation type of sphincter-saving surgery of rectal cancer is reviewed.
