男性末端直肠前方毗邻结构,是腹盆部外科及泌尿外科学界重点关注的解剖结构之一。该区域空间狭小、位置深在、结构较多、界限欠清,解剖研究仍有一些争议。其中,会阴体(PB)、会阴深横肌(DTPM)、直肠尿道肌(RUM)这三个肌肉是此处较有代表性的解剖结构,对于直肠肛门经会阴侧的手术具有重要的指导作用。本文通过复习文献,综述相关结构的组织学、解剖学特点及生理作用,为指导盆底手术操作提供借鉴。

In abdominal and urological surgery, the histological, anatomical and physiological characteristics of the anterior adjacent structures of the terminal rectum in males were always important factors in the surgical operation. This area is narrow in space, deep in position, has many organizational structures, and lacks clear boundaries. Anatomical research is still controversial. Among them, the perineal body (PB) and deep transverse perineal muscles (DTPM), rectourethralis muscle (RUM) the three muscles is the typical anatomical structure. In this paper, the histological, anatomical and physiological functions of the related structures were reviewed in order to provide reference for clinical operation.
