目的

评估纳米碳在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术(Dixon)中清扫253组淋巴结的效果。

方法

前瞻性收集2021年1月至2021年12月在山西省肿瘤医院行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术(Dixon)患者80例,随机分组法分为纳米碳注射实验组及对照组,每组40例。术后将标本送至病理科,对253组淋巴结,以及非253组淋巴结进行取检。

结果

纳米碳能够显著增加淋巴结的检出数目(t=2.161,P=0.037),并且实验组253组淋巴结清扫的数目明显高于对照组,但两组患者中253组淋巴结的阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.528,P>0.05);实验组中非253组淋巴结清扫的数目高于对照组,但两组患者的阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.256,P>0.05)。

结论

纳米碳能显著增加直肠癌术后淋巴结的检出数目,但并不能够提高253组淋巴结的阳性检出率。

Objective

To assess the effect of nano-carbon in clearing the No. 253 lymph nodes during laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer (Dixon).

Methods

Eighty patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer (Dixon) at Shanxi Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were prospectively enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into an experimental group receiving nano-carbon injection and a control group, with 40 patients in each group. After surgery, specimens were sent to the pathology department, and dissections were performed on the No. 253 lymph nodes and non-No. 253 lymph nodes.

Results

Nano-carbon significantly increased the number of detected lymph nodes (t=2.161, P=0.037). The experimental group showed a significantly higher number of No. 253 lymph nodes cleared compared to the control group. However, there was no statistically significant difference in the positivity rate of No. 253 lymph nodes between the two groups (χ2=0.528, P>0.05). The experimental group also had a higher number of non-No. 253 lymph nodes cleared compared to the control group, with no statistically significant difference in the positivity rate between the two groups (χ2=0.256, P>0.05).

Conclusion

Nano-carbon can significantly increase the detection of lymph nodes after rectal cancer surgery, but it does not improve the positive detection rate of No. 253 lymph nodes.
