卵巢转移是女性大肠癌转移的一种特殊形式，发生卵巢转移的患者预后不良。大肠癌卵巢转移的治疗应采取以手术为主的综合治疗。本病例是多学科诊疗（MDT）团队对乙状结肠癌卵巢转移患者实施个体化治疗较成功的案例。患者是乙状结肠癌术后11个月发现卵巢转移，通过MDT讨论给予全身化疗联合靶向治疗后适时恰当地给予手术治疗，术后给予维持治疗；疾病进展后通过病灶活检完善基因检测，及时更换化疗方案和靶向药物。至最后一次随访，患者生存时间达51个月。本文就此例患者诊疗过程中的一些经验和体会总结如下。

Ovarian metastases is the special metastasize form of colorectal cancer. Ovarian metastases have a poor prognosis in patients with colorectal cancer, and the combined therapy principle dominated by surgery should be followed. This case was successful case of multidisciplinary team (MDT) took individualized comprehensive treatment on patient with ovarian metastases from colorectal cancer. The patient was diagnosed with sigmoid colon carcinoma, and ovarian metastases was found in eleven months after sigmoid colon surgery. Through systemic chemotherapy and target therapy, timely and appropriate complete resection of hysterectomy and bilateral adnexectomy was achieved, and then to maintenance therapy. After disease progression, the patient was subjected to percutaneous biopsy and genetic testing, then tailored therapeutic regimen. The most recent follow-up revealed overall survival with fifty-one months. In this case report, we will report the treatment process and share some experience.
