贝伐单抗为抗血管内皮生长因子单克隆抗体，常用于复发或转移性结直肠癌的临床一线治疗；治疗期间吻合口相关并发症偶有报道。本次报道的病例为四川大学华西医院胃肠外科中心1例直肠癌术后治疗期间贝伐单抗相关迟发型吻合口漏，并进行文献回顾。

关键词: 直肠肿瘤, 贝伐单抗, 迟发型吻合口漏

Bevacizumab is an anti vascular endothelial growth factor monoclonal antibody and commonly used in the clinical treatment of recurrent or metastatic colorectal cancer. Anastomotic complications are occasionally reported during the treatment. This report is a case of delayed type anastomotic leakage related to bevacizumab during the treatment of rectal cancer in the Gastrointestinal Surgery Center of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, and the literature was reviewed.
