在胚胎发育的5周时盆丛开始发育,胚胎8周时已具有和成人盆腔神经相对应的排列结构,且在胚胎发育后期不再发生明显的位移与变形。而胚胎盆腔的结缔组织发育较晚,在19~28周可以看到早期的骨盆筋膜,由于胚胎盆腔脂肪组织并不丰富,结缔组织间隔清晰可见。此外,和成人相比,胎儿的盆腔神经相较周围组织更为粗大,相对周围组织更为突出,具备更好的研究条件。胎儿盆丛散布大小不等的神经节,整体呈三角形或四边形的外观。胎儿盆丛向其下各分支走行,其终末部分在尾部方向会聚,最终通过盆底。

In the embryonic development of 5 weeks, the pelvic plexus began to develop. At 8 weeks, the embryo had the structure corresponding to the adult pelvic nerve and had no obvious displacement and deformation at the later stage of embryonic development. Embryonic pelvic connective tissue development late, until 19~28 weeks the early pelvic fascia was visible, because the pelvic pelvic adipose tissue is not rich, connective tissue interval is clearly visible. In addition, compared with adults, the fetal pelvic nerve is thicker than the surrounding tissue, relative to the surrounding tissue is more prominent, with better research conditions. Fetal plexus distribution of varying sizes of the ganglion, the overall appearance of triangular or quadrilateral appearance. The plexus gradually moves towards the secondary branch, finally converges in a caudal direction and through the pelvic floor.
