加速康复外科是近年来提出的一种崭新的围手术期管理模式,其具有术后恢复快、并发症少、住院时间短、住院费用低等特点,并已广泛应用于各个外科领域。本文主要概述了加速康复外科在手术治疗结直肠癌中的具体应用。

Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) program is a whole new pattern of perioperative management, it has been implemented in several fields of surgery, with advantages of less postoperative complications, shorter hospital stay and less hospitalization cost. This article summarizes the specific application of ERAS in the treatment of colorectal cancer.
