机器人系统在结直肠手术中的应用现状与展望

目前随机对照等研究证实腹腔镜技术在结直肠癌术后早期康复中具有明显优势,表现为术中出血少、术后疼痛轻、肠麻痹减少和住院时间短。同时,研究显示腹腔镜技术与开腹技术相比具有相同的肿瘤学效果,另外其他一些研究中还发现腹腔镜组可以获取更多的淋巴结数量。有些医生认为机器人手术可以克服常规腹腔镜结直肠手术的局限性。而目前在直肠手术中应用机器人较多,而结肠手术中应用机器人手术则较少。笔者就机器人系统在结直肠手术应用的现状和展望作了客观的阐述。

Recently, the advantages of laparoscopic technique in the early rehabilitation after colorectal cancer surgery have been confirmed by series of randomized controlled trials: less bleeding; slight postoperative pain; lower incidence of intestinal paralysis and shorter hospital stay. Meanwhile, studies have shown that the laparoscopic surgery can get the same oncology effect compared to the open surgery, in addition, some other studies have also demonstrated that the laparoscopic group can get a higher number of lymph nodes.Some doctors believe that robotic surgery can overcome the limitations of the conventional laparoscopic colorectal surgery. Currently, the application of robotic technique is more common in rectal surgery, while the situation is opposite in colon cancer.The author makes an objective analysis about the application of robotic technique in colorectal surgery from present and prospects.
