随着人口的老龄化,生活方式以及环境的改变,结直肠恶性肿瘤发病率越来越高。术后疲劳综合征影响结直肠恶性肿瘤手术后患者的康复,导致劳动能力下降,造成巨大的社会经济损失。本文将回顾术后疲劳的评估方法及病因,总结结直肠癌手术术后疲劳综合征的防治进展。

With the aging of the population and the changes in people′s lifestyle and environment, the incidence of colorectal cancer has been increasing in recent years. Postoperative fatigue syndrome negatively influences the postoperative recovery of patients after colorectal surgery for colorectal cancer. It results in the loss of labor after surgery and causes great economic loss of the society. In this review, we discuss its subjective assessment tools and possible etiological factors, and review the recent progress of the prevention and treatment of postoperative fatigue syndrome in colorectal surgery.
