目的

评价吻合器经肛门直肠切除术(STARR手术)结合直肠瓣膜结扎术治疗直肠粘膜内套叠的临床疗效。

方法

回顾分析我院自2010年1月至2013年1月106例STARR结合直肠瓣膜结扎术治疗直肠粘膜内套叠的疗效。

结果

106例手术完成顺利，术后6个月痊愈39例(37.74%)，显效49例(45.28%)，有效17例(16.04%)，无效1例(0.94%)。排便频率、排便时间、肛门坠胀、便感等症状手术后较术前有明显改善。术后恢复顺利，无严重并发症。

结论

在严格掌握适应证的基础上，STARR结合直肠瓣膜结扎术治疗直肠黏膜内套叠引起的排便梗阻综合征(ODS)具有显著的临床疗效，且无明显不良并发症。

Objective

To evaluate the therapeutic effect of stapled transanal rectal resection(STARR)combining ligation of rectum valve for the rectum mucous membrane folds.

Methods

The data of 106 patients who had undergone STARR combining ligation of rectum valve for the rectum mucous membrane folds from January 2010 to January 2013 were collected over a 36 months follow up at the general surgery, Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital.

Results

Operations were successful in all patients.Six months after operation, functional outcome was excel-lent in 37.4%, good in 45.28%, fair in 16.04%, and no response in one patient.These symptoms as defecation frequency, defecation time, defecation mode, rectal tenesmus and defecation sense had been meliorated after the operation.Patients with postoperative recover smoothly, without serious complications.

Conclusions

STARR combining ligation of rectum valve is a effective treatment for ODS caused by the rectum mucous membrane folds and have no significant adverse complications.
