Abstract:
Objective To observe efficacy of PPH combined with anaplasty of preserving anal cushions in the treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids.
Methods From Mar.2014 to Mar.2015, 70 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids undenwent operation. The patients were divided into the experimental group (PPH combined with anaplasty of preserving anal cushions, n=35) and control group (Milligan-Morgan, n=35 ).
Results The clinical data were recorded and analyzed including duration of operation, total bleeding volume, the postopretative hospital stays, 24H pain score, duration of pain in the first defection, duration of pain after operation, the time of bleeding in defection and anal edema was lower than that of control group (P<0.05) , the above differences were statistically significant. The two groups had the various complications such as anus belly, after dealing, symptoms were alleviated, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05) .
Conclutions PPH combined with anaplasty of preserving anal cushions in the treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids has better effect including few pain, faster recovery. It is worthy of further promotion and research .
