Processing strategy for obstructive colorectal Carcinoma

Abstract:

Most of the colorectal cancer patients with obstructive symptoms were in severe conditions and late stage of disease,with more complications or a large proportion of distant metastasis. But some patients showed only locally progress, they still had hope for long-term survival. On the basis of a comprehensive assessment of the patient?s condition, to select a reasonable comprehensive treatment program, patients will get the maximum benefit, and it is possible to achieve radical results. In this article, we will introduce some techniques commonly used in clinical treatment of obstructive colorectal cancer, especially the ?Sequential comprehensive treatment program?.
