Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system which is increasing year by year with the improvement of living standard. Colorectal liver metastases(CRLM) is the leading cause of death of patients. The molecular mechanism of colorectal cancer has not been fully elucidated, so the in-depth study of the molecular mechanism of CRLM will be helpful for the examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients with colorectal cancer. This paper summarized the domestic and foreign literature to introduce the current research status of CRLM.
