On the superiority and limitations of applying the da Vinci robotic surgical platform to perform NOSES surgery for rectal cancer

Abstract:

With the continuous increase of Da Vinci's robot surgical system installed in central hospitals in China and the production of domestic robot surgical system, the application of robot surgical system in colorectal cancer is gradually increasing. Compared with laparoscopic surgery, robotic colorectal cancer surgery has certain advantages in reducing the conversion rates, reducing the incidence of postoperative complications and protecting urogenital function. In 2015, professor Wang Xishan systematically proposed the concept of NOSES. With the continuous improvement of the theoretical system and the continuous promotion of NOSES technology, it has attracted widespread attention at home and abroad. Innovative technology platform combined with innovative minimally invasive surgery technology brings maximum benefits to patients, at same time, its also faces some disputes. The author will make a superficial evaluation of the application status of robot surgical system in colorectal cancer NOSES and share with the experience of robot surgical system on colorectal cancer NOSES.
