One case analysis of perianal Paget disease S flap transfer

Abstract

Abstract:

Perianal Paget's disease, also known as perianal eczema-like cancer, is a rare disease, mainly with perianal pruritus as the main symptoms, can appear clear boundary eczema-like patches. Skin lesions can also be accompanied by erosion and ulcers. Pathological examination found that Paget cells are the only diagnostic criteria. Surgery is the main treatment at present.
