One case of I-stage laparoscopic radical operation of colon cancer combined with resection of liver metastases for synchronous colorectal liver metastasis

Abstract:

The clinical data of one patient with sigmoid colon cancer and synchronous multiple liver metastases who was admitted to the Department of General Surgery, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University in August 2017 were collected. For the patient with unresectable liver metastasis of colonic neoplasms, I-stage laparoscopic resection of colonic neoplasms and synchronous liver metastasis after conversion therapy is safe. The short-term therapeutic effect is better.
