Fistula necrosis caused by laser ablation of anal fistula: a case report

Abstract:

Due to the change of surgical philosophy, it is more and more important to protect the function of anal sphincter. Fistula-tract laser closure is a novel sphincter reservation procedure. It has a significant effect. After surgery, the patient has little pain, and can protect the anal function to minimize the risk of anal incontinence.
