Abstract:

This is a nursing case report of multi-mode peritoneal lavage and drainage treated for a second-time anastomotic stoma fistula patient after subtotal gastrectomy. Leak proof cream was used for sealing the entry hole of the double-tube, complementary with good psychological nursing and nutritional nursing. The patient′s condition was effectively controlled and discharged after 4 months.
