Treatment and preventive strategy for air leakage after reconstruction of sphincter preservation operation

Abstract:

Compared with the traditional manual suture, the instrumental anastomosis can significantly shorten the operation time, while reducing the amount of intraoperative bleeding. Intraoperative usually take ″gas injection test″ to check whether anastomotic bleeding, leakage. However, there are still a small number of cases have the ″leak″ problem after the reconstruction, this article will combine with surgical video, to share personal treatment and prevention strategies of this situation.
