炎性肠病和视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病(NMOSD)都是和免疫相关的疾病,临床上关于炎性肠病合并NMOSD病例少见,目前国内外也无个例报道,本文报告一例炎性肠病合并NMOSD的病例,旨在加深临床工作者对两种疾病的认识,进一步提高临床诊治水平。

Both inflammatory bowel disease and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD) are associated with immunity. The cases of inflammatory bowel disease with NMOSD are rare in clinical practice, and no case reported at home and abroad nowadays. This paper reports a case of inflammatory bowel disease with NMOSD, aims to deepen clinical workers understanding of two diseases and further improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
