激光技术发展迅速,近年来作为一种新的手术方式被重新引入肛肠外科手术领域。本文基于国内外激光技术在肛肠疾病中的应用现状,综合评述了激光技术在治疗痔病、肛瘘及藏毛疾病中优势与缺点,总结了当前国内外激光治疗肛肠疾病中出现的新方法,并对激光治疗肛肠疾病的发展趋势进行展望。

Laser technology has developed rapidly, and in recent years, it has been reintroduced into the field of anorectal surgery as a new surgical method. Based on the current status of the application of laser technology in anorectal diseases at home and abroad, this article comprehensively reviews the advantages and disadvantages of laser technology in the treatment of hemorrhoids, anal fistulas, and pilonidal diseases. The development trend of laser treatment for anorectal diseases is prospected.
