目的

探讨ACE2在结肠癌患者中的表达并分析其与结肠癌患者生存期的相关性。

方法

应用TCGA数据库对结直肠癌患者进行数据分析,通过生物信息学分析,阐明ACE2的表达和结肠癌患者生存期的相关性。

结果

ACE2在结肠癌组织中呈高表达(t=0.034,P<0.05),ACE2低表达的结肠癌患者与ACE2高表达的结肠癌患者相比,其生存期延长。

结论

ACE2的表达和结肠癌患者生存期的相关。

Objective

To investigate the expression of ACE2 in colon cancer patients and to analyze its correlation with the survival of colon cancer patients.

Methods

The TCGA database was used to analyze the colorectal cancer patients. The bioinformatics analysis was used to elucidate the correlation between the expression of ACE2 and the survival of colon cancer patients.

Results

ACE2 was highly expressed in colon cancer tissues (t=0.034, P<0.05), and colon cancer patients with low expression of ACE2 had longer survival than these with high expression of ACE2.

Conclusion

The expression of ACE2 is associated with survival in patients with colon cancer.
