机器人手术系统在直肠癌手术中应用现状

机器人手术系统具有三维图像清晰和操作稳定灵活的优势,已广泛应用于直肠癌外科手术。本文在介绍机器人手术系统特点及应用变迁的基础上,对机器人直肠癌手术应用现状进行回顾,并简述我国的应用现状。目前,机器人直肠癌手术的安全性和有效性已得到肯定。与腹腔镜手术比较,机器人直肠癌手术在短期结局和长期生存方面均无明显优势。随着器械不断进步和大样本研究的开展,机器人手术系统将在直肠癌手术中发挥更重要的作用。

With the advantages of stable and three-dimension image and the convenience of surgery manipulation of robotic surgical system, it is widely applied in the surgery of rectal cancer. In this paper, the surgical technique and application change of robotic surgical system are reviewed and its outlook is discussed. Currently, it is reported that robotic surgery for colorectal cancer is safe and feasible. However, no short-term or long-term clinical outcomes are found between the two groups. With the development of surgical instruments and ongoing of large sample studies, robotic surgical system will play a more active role in the treatment of rectal cancer.
