自动痔疮套扎吻合术（RPH）作为一种治疗从痔疮传统方法发展而来的创新性手术方法，适用于各期内痔患者，具有无创、无痛、操作简单等优点。本文在查阅中外文献的基础上，对RPH在发展过程中存在的问题和困惑逐一进行回顾和分析，以便于RPH术式在肛肠领域能够科学地普及。

关键词: 痔, 治疗, 自动痔疮套扎吻合术

Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid (RPH) as a treatment for hemorrhoids was develoved from traditional methods to innovative surgical methods, which applied in each period of hemorrhoids with minimally invasive, painless and easy operation. On the basis of Chinese and foreign literatures, problems and puzzles were reviewed and analyzed individually in the process of development for RPH in order to popularize it scientifically.
