结直肠癌局部复发的外科治疗

结直肠癌手术后局部复发的原因不仅与肿瘤的生物学特性有关，更重要的是与术者的手术技术，手术理念和手术操作以及是否采用综合治疗有直接的关系。局部复发要力求早期发现，根据复发的类型采用不同的手术方式和治疗策略，进而使患者获得最大收益。

关键词: 结直肠肿瘤, 复发, 外科治疗

Locoregional recurrence of colorectal cancer after radical resection is not only related with the characteristics and stage of the tumor, but also influenced by the experience and skill of the surgeon.Local recurrence should be detected early.Thus, appropriate operation methods and treatment strategies could be used according to the different recurrent situations to make the most benefits for the patients.
