快速康复外科是围手术期的多模式优化方案,通过术前、术中和术后的一系列措施达到减少并发症,减轻术后疼痛,缩短住院时间和降低费用,及早回到工作岗位的目的。快速康复外科具有充足的理论依据,大量研究已经证实其可行性,快速康复外科因其显著的卫生经济学价值正受到越来越多学者的关注,但目前仍有待于进一步推行。

Fast track surgery is a series of perioperative multidisciplinary approaches including preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative techniques, which could reduce the complications, postoperative pain, costs and the length of hospital stays.Researches of fast track programs had shown significant advantages, however, the widely application of fast track surgery requires more introduction.
