Abstract:

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignancies that threaten to human health and life. Relapse and metastasis are the main causes of the treatment failure and even death. Liver is the most common metastasizing place, and then lung. With the development of the imaging techniques, the incidence of the brain metastases (BM) form colorectal cancer increases year by year. So it is urgent for us to improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients in end-stage, prolong the lifetime as far as possible. In this article, we summarized the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatments therapies, hoping to provide some help in clinical therapies.
