Abstract:

As a new minimally invasive technique, NOSES has been widely applied and developed in our country. By combining the concept of "no scar" with conventional minimally invasive instruments, the technique of removing the specimen through the natural orifice provides an ideal minimally invasive effect with good operability and feasibility. However, there are still many problems and technical bottlenecks in NOSES. How to rationally analyze and solve these problems is an obstacle to further promote the NOSES.

Key words: Colorectal neoplasms, Natural orifice specimen extraction surgery, Open surgery, Laparoscopic surgery, Minimally invasive surgery
