Liver metastasis is the most common metastasize site of colorectal cancer (CRC), liver metastasis is also the main cause of death in patients with CRC. Many studies have confirmed that multidisciplinary treatment of liver metastases could be turning some patients with initially unresectable or potentially resectable liver metastases into resectable. This case was successful case of multidisciplinary team (MDT) took individualized comprehensive treatment on patient with primary unresectable liver metastases from CRC. The patient was diagnosed with sigmoid colon carcinoma with invading the bladder and simultaneous multiple liver metastases and liver metastases were initial unresectable. Through systemic chemotherapy plus local timely and appropriate multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment, complete resection of liver metastases (R0 resection) was achieved. In this case report, we will report its treatment process and share some experience.
