Abstract

Abstract:

The specialized feature of the department of colorectal surgery increases the difficulty of internship for foreign medical students. Aiming at certain problems including low level of participation during internship, lacking of motivation and to-be-improved communication pattern between teacher and students, approaches such as learning Chinese and making practice group with Chinese students, taking targeted surgical training and learning Chinese were employed to improve internship for foreign medical students.
