Abstract:
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of biofeedback training on the pelvic floor muscle spasm syndrome, and to evaluate the subjective quality of life and objective anorectal pressure detection in patients with constipation.
Methods The outpatients diagnosed as pelvic floor muscle spasm syndrome of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were enrolled. The patients were divided into biofeedback training group and sacral nerve stimulation training group. 40 cases patients were devided in each group and followed up for at least 3 months.
