Curative effect analysis of rectal mucosa multipoint ligation in treatment of pelvic floor relaxation syndrome

Abstract

Abstract:

Objective

To explore the efficacy of rectal mucosa ligation in the treatment of pelvic floor relaxation syndrome.

Methods

To summary and analysis the clinical data of 36 cases of pelvic floor relaxation syndrome patients with rectal mucosa ligation treatment.

Results

Followed up for 3~12 months postoperatively, 24 cases (66.7%) were cured, 8 cases (22.2%) were improved, 4 cases were ineffective (11.1%), the total effective rate was 88.9%.

Conclusions

Rectal mucosa ligation in treatment of pelvic floor relaxation syndrome has more advantages, such as simplicity for operation, confirmed curative effect, fewer complications, and lower cost.
