Abstract

Abstract:

The strategies of surgical treatment for middle and low rectal cancer are described in this article.The incidence rate of middle and low rectal cancer is still high in China, and the strategies of treatment have substantial changes in the last decade.Herein, we review the advance of treatment for middle and low rectal cancer based on preoperative assessment.
