Laparoscopic left hemicolectomy

Abstract:

Laparoscopic left hemicolectomy applies to tumor located at the transverse colon, descending colon and sigmoid colon. The key points of anatomy lie in ″one plane, two sets of vessels and three pathways″. Coupled with the concept of ″membrane anatomy″, laparoscopic left hemicolectomy could be finished via correct space without bleeding.
