Progress in the study of psychological factors affecting the quality of life of patients with ostomy

Abstract

Abstract:

This article summarized the assessment tools of quality of life and psychology, psychological factors on the quality of life of patients with enterostomy and psychological nursing measures to improve the quality of life of patients with enterostomy. Then further clarified the significance of psychological nursing and health education to improve the quality of life of patients with enterostomy. It is suggested that appropriate intervention methods should be adopted according to the different psychological characteristics of stoma patients, and comprehensive health education and personalized psychological nursing should be carried out in stages in order to reduce the level of negative psychological factors and improve the level of positive psychological factors of patients, so as to achieve the goal of improving the quality of life of patients.
