Abstract:

Perioperative use of microbial agents in colorectal cancer patients have been paid more and more attention recently. It is thought that microecological preparation has the functions of improving intestinal flora, protecting intestinal barrier, reducing postoperative infection, improving perioperative gastrointestinal function and quality of life, and is of great significance to the treatment process and prognosis. In the future, we should strengthen the clinical research of perioperative application of probiotics and establish the evidence-based basis for the further popularization and implementation of microecological preparations.
