Research progress of long non-coding RNA in colorectal cancer

Abstract:

As long non-coding RNA plays an important role in the occurrence and development of a variety of malignant tumors, it has become one of the extensively attended issues in cancer research and is expected to become a new target for tumor therapy. In this review, we outlined the biological characteristics of long non-coding RNA and its application in prognostic value, malignant potential and diagnosis of colorectal cancer, which will provide a new idea and basis for the accurate treatment of colorectal cancer.
