Abstract:

With the development and widespread application of laparoscopic techniques in clinical practice, minimally invasive concept and functional surgery has attracted more and more attention, and plays an important role in the surgical treatment of tumors.Like-NOTES is one innovative surgical technique generated under this background, this procedure is considered as an ideal minimally invasive treatment, not only decreasing the damage of organs and body functions, but also presenting with good maneuverability. We called this technique Like -NOTES,because the scar after natural orifice specimen extraction is very small, the minimally invasive effect is similar with NOTES.At the same time,NOTES is the highest quest for both doctors and patients,so this name is an expression of culture and aspirations. In fact, this type of surgery can be classified as natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES).Combining with the 160 cases of NOSES in our centers,I will conduct a comprehensive analysis and summary, and also hope this technique can play an important role in improving outcomes and quality of life of cancer patients.
