Abstract:

Courtipation caused by pelvic floor dysfuction is challenging for the diverse etiology.Pelvicfloor reconstruction, sacral nerve modulation and pelvicfloor biofeedback guides by pelvic floor integrad theory defecation modulation and reflex reconstruction provided new choices.Pursue the integrated multidisciplinary connection of each leading technology, use the holistic concept of thinking to reach consensus on the oriental and western medicine, exchange and cooperate in international practice , optimize the clinical pathway according to Chinese condition to meet patient needs.
