混合型便秘(MC)是一种同时有慢传输型便秘(STC)和出口梗阻型便秘(OCC)临床表现的功能性便秘,不仅影响患者的生活质量,更对患者的身心健康造成严重损害。由于MC病因复杂、发病机制不明确、目前的诊断方式、方法不能完全满足临床需要、治疗效果欠佳,常称之为顽固性便秘。本文就近年来发表的有关MC的病因、发病机制、诊断及治疗现况文献进行综述,为MC临床诊治寻找新的方式、方法提供参考。

Mixed constipation (MC) is a kind of functional constipation with clinical manifestations of both slow transit constipation (STC) and outlet obstructive constipation (OCC),which not only affects the quality of life of patients, but also causes serious damage to the physical and mental health of patients. Because the etiology of MC is complex, the pathogenesis is not clear, the current diagnostic ways and methods can not fully meet the clinical needs, and the treatment effect is poor, it is often called intractable constipation.This article reviews the literature on the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of MC published in recent years, and provides references for finding new ways and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment of MC.
