目的

探索结直肠癌患者血浆中circRNA分子的临床意义。

方法

收集结直肠癌患者与正常人群的血浆,通过基因芯片技术和PCR技术,寻找差异表达的circRNA分子,通过统计学分析探索差异circRNA分子与患者临床病理及预后之间的关系。

结果

在结直肠癌患者血浆中,circPRMT5显著高表达。circPRMT5高表达患者中,肿瘤分期更晚,淋巴结转移数目更多,提示预后不良的病理因素也更多。高表达circPRMT5患者的总生存时间和无复发生存时间更短;经过单因素和多因素的COX回归分析发现circPRMT5的表达水平,是预测患者总生存和无复发生存的独立危险因素。

结论

circPRMT5可能是判断结直肠癌患者预后新的血浆分子标志物。

Objective

To investigate the clinical significance of plasma circRNA in colorectal cancer patients.

Methods

All the plasma were collected from colorectal cancer patients and healthy population, and the differently expressed circRNA were detected by Array and PCR. Then, we explored the correlation between circRNA and pathological indicators and patients′ prognosis.

Results

circPRMT5 was highly expressed in colorectal cancer patients. The expression of circPRMT5 had a correlation with the late stage, lymph node metastasis and prognosis. We also found the higher expression of circPRMT5 predicted a poor prognosis. Through univariate and multivariate analysis, we found circPRMT5 was an independent factor to predict the colorectal cancer patients prognosis.

Conclusion

circPRMT5 is a novel plasma molecular with clinical significance.
